Track Review : Bryan Kadengu - Marunjeya

Bryan Kadengu is an extremely talented afro jazz artist. He was the winner of the Star Brite 2012 competition. Winning such a competition says a lot about ones ability and talent. After three years Bryan seems to have finally announced his arrival on the music scene with this new jam Marunjeya. The track is getting quite a lot of airplay on all urban radio stations and recently Bryan performed at the Ngoma Nehosho Concert which featured the likes of Jazz Crooner Victor Kunonga and Superstar Legend Oliver Mtukudzi. So how good is his latest single??

Before we go any further l have a confession.....l have a sweet spot for jazz music. With that out the way l have to say the song is sounding amazing. Love the instrumental. The guitar on this track is heavenly...and the instruments are well balanced, the mixing was well done. The track is clearly audible, both the vocals and instrumental, they complement each other well...great work on the mastering.

This is a heartbreak and sad song. When you go to the moon and back for someone but that person always give you a hard times, they don't appreciate your effort and affections. On this song Bryan is asking to be given some attention or the benefit of doubt...or just mere recognition of his efforts. We all have been in one sided relationships at one time and we can relate to how stressful and painful they can be. Powerful Track.

One can feel the emotion in the words, the pain, stress and desperation. Bryan delivered a great performance on the track. His vocals are on point, (the ladies will be swooning over him in no time). Great song.
